PHP / MySQL

- Install Apache 2.2 first
- Install PHP 5.2.5 - make sure to install extensions!!
- Install Mysql 5.0.45
- Make sure php directory is in the system path
- modify php.ini and under dynamic extensions add:

extension = php_mysqli.dll
extension = php_mysql.dll

- Allow short_tags in php.ini
- copy data files into mysql data directory
- Install WinCVS (includes CVSNT)
- Install WinMerge
- Install phpmyadmin
- Create session temp directory for php: F:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Temp\php\session
